Return Eligibility

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging where applicable
• Not marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

Print-on-demand and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you. These items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at freedom250shop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on current availability.
